Parks, Facilities, Staffing & Budgeting Benchmarkinj Report for ORPA <br /> Per 1,000 Average for Indoor Facilities <br /> The following information provides per 1,000 averages of each facility for all 39 participating <br /> communities, for only those communities having facilities of each type, and last the "best <br /> practices" community, i.e. the community that has the highest per 1,000 population number of <br /> facilities for each type. <br /> Please note that both the percentages of communities having various types of indoor facilities <br /> and the number of indoor facilities of each type is generally lower than the percentage of <br /> communities that have various types and numbers of outdoor facilities.
