Possession of any receptacle containing <br /> alcoholic liquor or a malt beverage which has been opened or had the seal broken or the contents of <br /> which have been partially removed, or consumption of malt beverages and alcoholic liquor is <br /> permitted in all park and open space areas except within: <br /> (a) Children's playground areas; <br /> (b) Athletic fields; <br /> (c) Wading pools; <br /> (d) Tennis courts; <br /> (e) Parking lots; <br /> (0 Skateboard facilities; <br /> (g) Rest rooms; <br /> (h) Sheltered picnic areas, except by written authorization from the City; and <br /> (i) The following specific facilities and pool areas: <br /> 1. Prohibited within the building or within 200 feet of the building/pool <br /> of the following recreation centers and pools, except at the discretion of the facility <br /> supervisor: <br /> a. Amazon Community Center, Amazon Pool, Celeste Campbell <br /> Senior Center, Echo Hollow Pool, Hilyard Community Center, Petersen Park <br /> Barn, Sheldon Community Center, Sheldon Pool, Trude Kaufman Senior <br /> Center, River House, Washington Park Center, and Westmoreland <br /> Community Center. <br /> 2. Except by written authorization of the City, prohibited throughout <br /> Alton Baker Park, Cuthbert Amphitheater, Lamb Cottage, and Owen Memorial Rose <br /> Garden. <br /> 3. Prohibited within enclosed structures and the yard area immediately <br /> surrounding the structures at the following special facilities, except by special <br /> authorization of the person or entity in charge of the facility as indicated below: <br /> a.
