I received the new regulations that now are being enforced at Golden Gardens Park. I am a bit surprised <br /> that the regulations have become so strict for dog trainers. The requirements for proof of registration and <br /> rabies is absurd to receive a permit. Dog trainers are the least of your troubles there. We have extremely <br /> well trained, obedient dogs. We have veterinarians that keep our dogs up to date on shots and <br /> registrations. <br /> Now the people you have in the park have questionable standards regarding the health and obedience of <br /> their animals. I have multiple times had transients drunk and belligerent in the trees harassing trainers. <br /> It's evident now that Animal Control Units will have an area to patrol and ticket those not in compliance <br /> with the new strict rules.
