(vi) Park motor vehicles in accordance with the In -Water Dog Training Parking Map and according to the following schedule: Monday through Friday permitted parking is limited to the road inside the designated jogging path (see map designation in orange); Saturday and Sunday permitted parking is limited to the road outside the designated jogging path within the park boundaries (north of the jogging path at the north end of ponds) or on Jessen Street. (vii) Not use shock collars or powered launchers on Saturday or Sunday. (viii) Take dogs off -leash only during the in -water training activities. (ix) Have no more than two dogs per trainer active in the ponds at the same time. (x) Keep all dogs not actively training in the water on -leash or secured in a vehicle. (xi) Give all bicyclists and pedestrians the right -of -way. (xii) Reset and lock gates after entering the park. (xiii) Be liable for any damages caused by the permit holder, the holder's dog, guests or vehicle. (xiv) Except as explicitly authorized by the In -Water Dog Training Permit, comply with Section 1.050 (Pets) of the Park and Open Space Rules (Administrative Order No. 58- 13- 01 -F). (xv) Be responsible for the health and safety of their dogs related to algal blooms that may occur in Golden Gardens ponds, and agree to hold the city harmless for any adverse impacts to their dogs from contact with algal blooms. • * * * * * * * * ** Public notice of the proposed amendments to the Park Rules shall be given by making copies of the Notice attached as Exhibit A to this Order available to any person who has requested such notice, to any business which possesses a license issued pursuant to these Rules, and by publication of the Notice in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, for at least five consecutive days, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit data or comments on the amendments.
