Golden Gardens Park . <. <br /> Dog Training Activities/Vehicle Access Permit Eugene Pubic Works <br /> April 20 to July 31, 2013 Parks & Open Space <br /> • Dog training is allowed daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. <br /> • Parking: Monday through Friday permitted parking is limited to the road inside the designated jogging path <br /> (see map designation in orange). Saturday and Sunday permitted parking is limited to the road outside the <br /> designated jogging path within the park boundaries (north of the jogging path at the north end of ponds) or on <br /> Jessen Street. <br /> • Saturday and Sunday restrictions: No use of shock collars or powered launchers. <br /> • In -water dog training activities are allowed from April 20 to July 31. <br /> • Dogs are only allowed off -leash while engaged in in -water training activities. <br /> • No more than two dogs per trainer are allowed to be active in the ponds at any given time. <br /> • Bicyclists and pedestrians have the right -of -way; please stop your vehicle to allow them to pass safely. <br /> • Reset and lock gates behind you whenever you enter or exit the park. <br /> • You are liable for any damages caused by you, your dog, your guests, or your vehicle. <br /> • Keep this permit visible on the driver's side of the dash board at all times.
