Saturday and Sunday permitted parking is limited to the road outside the <br /> designated jogging path within the park boundaries (north of the jogging path at the north end of ponds) or on <br /> Jessen Street. <br /> • Saturday and Sunday restrictions: No use of shock collars or powered launchers. <br /> • In -water dog training activities are allowed from April 1 to October 31. Dog training in the fields away from the <br /> ponds is allowed only with written permission from lease - holders of those fields. <br /> • No more than two dogs per trainer are allowed to be active in the ponds at any given time. <br /> • Bicyclists and pedestrians have the right -of -way; please stop your vehicle to allow them to pass safely. <br /> • Reset and lock gates behind you whenever you enter or exit the park. <br /> • You are liable for any damages caused by you, your dog, your guests, or your vehicle. <br /> • Keep this permit visible on the driver's side of the dash board at all times.
