I <br /> noticed that the stop sign and post were missing from the northwest corner of East 15 Avenue and Ferry Street. (I had <br /> not received a call from EPD.) I immediately set up a temporary stop sign (an 18" cone with the handle of a stop /slow <br /> paddle inserted into the top: the stop sign side of the paddle was facing north). I started looking in the vicinity for the <br /> stop sign and post and found them on a lawn on the west side of Ferry Street south of East 15 (The street name signs <br /> were missing from their brackets and were presumed stolen.) <br /> I re -dug the hole at the northwest corner and reset the sign di iu posi.
