I „ <br /> have been driving south on Bailey Hill at about 11pm since 1995 en route home from the gym. The previous light setting seemed to <br /> i t <br /> almost change on my arrival at the intersection. Now I am having to wait at the light for an extended amount of time even when there <br /> is no east west traffic.
