I transferred the service from the <br />lost equipment to this Samsung phone. With that action, the lost equipment is no longer accepting or making <br />calls; after the confirmation email from Verizon, I will then activate the new-to-you Samsung phone causing it <br />to accept and make calls. I’ll also scope out Backup Assistant online and see if I can transfer contacts from the <br />lost equipment to the new-to-you equipment before you see me Monday morning.
