Text is yet to be finalized but the <br />layout would be similar to the plaque to the <br />left which replicates the plaque we produced <br />for Mary Blakely that is installed on the left <br />rock pillar at the park. $789.83 <br />Installation (not including rock work) $125.00 <br />We hereby propose to furnish displays, complete and in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of 914.83 <br />Finished art, mechanicals, and signs will be released for use by the client only. Mechanicals, original art, sketches and <br />materials other than signs originated by the designer are the property of the designer. Changes or delays caused by the <br />client, or other unforeseeable events /circumstances that can not be accurately estimated and will be billed in addition to <br />the above proposal. Proposals over $800 require 50% advance payment prior to start of production with balance due on <br />completion. Proposals are good for 60 days. <br />Acceptance of Proposal <br />The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted, You are <br />authorized to do the work above as specified.
