AUTHORITY, PURPOSE, OBJECTIVE, AND MANAGEMENT GOAL <br /> A. The authority for the Service to enter into this voluntary Conservation Agreement <br /> derives from the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended; the Fish and Wildlife <br /> Act of 1956, as amended; and the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, as amended. <br /> B. The purpose of this agreement is to formally document the intent of the parties <br /> involved to protect and conserve (species) and their habitat at Amazon Park, Eugene, no <br /> Oregon. / <br /> C.
