Provide technical assistance to the other parties regarding biology, ecology, and <br /> management of native species and their habitats. <br /> D. THE NATIVE PLANT SOCIETY OF OREGON SHALL: <br /> 1. Work with the City to strive for eventual recovery of Bradshaw's lomatium and other <br /> ONHP List 1 species. <br /> 2. Work with the City to develop site - specific management plans for rare species and <br /> suitable habitats in the basin south of 19th Avenue. <br /> 3. Provide funding and/or volunteer labor, as available, for plant surveys, habitat <br /> maintenance and restoration activities, including relocation of facilities. <br /> 4. Maintain current records of all surveys and monitoring projects provided by other parties. <br /> 5. Provide technical assistance to the other parties regarding biology, ecology, and <br /> management of native species and their habitats. <br /> VII. DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> This Conservation Agreement shall remain in effect until Bradshaw's lomatium is delisted or this <br /> agreement is terminated by one of the parties. The parties involved will review the Conservation <br /> Agreement and its effectiveness every five years, beginning in year 2001, to determine whether it <br /> should be revised. If some portion of this Agreement cannot be carried out or if cancellation is <br /> desired, the party requesting such action will notify the other cooperators within one month of <br /> changed circumstances. <br /> 97 -00401 <br />
