AUTHORITY, PURPOSE, OBJECTIVE, AND MANAGEMENT GOAL <br /> A. The authority for the Service to enter into this voluntary Conservation Agreement <br /> derives from the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended; the Fish and Wildlife <br /> Act of 1956, as amended; and the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, as amended. <br /> B.
