It showed the <br />breakdown of that cost as being $187,008 from the General Fund and $39,181 from the Park <br />Bond Fund. Both of these expenditures were from capital budget funds, and, to the best of my <br />knowledge, this information was and still is correct. <br />I think it fair to say that at this point there is disagreement on what specifically was said at the <br />open house meeting on April 3. Not being present for that lively table discussion, I can't <br />comment on exactly what was said. I hope the above budget information answers your <br />questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Johnny R.
