The stucco wicks water up out of the soil which causes it to
deteriorate from being moist for prolonged periods. We recommend minimizing moisture around the building to
help protect the stucco and the foundation from moisture damage. [CR] There were cracks /holes in the stucco
siding. These conditions are conducive to moisture intrusion /deterioration. We recommend a full evaluation
and /or corrections by a specialist in the appropriate trade.
Copyright: Doug Palmer, 2008 REPORT 09 -007 Page: 52
