MINUTES <br />Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural Area of Alton Baker Park <br />Cascade Room — Willamalane Adult Activity Center <br />215 West 'C' Street — Springfield, Oregon <br />October 28, 2010 <br />6 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Stephen Cooper, Chair; Charles Biggs, Theresa Brand, Kate Ferschweiler, Charlene Larison, Elliot <br />McIntire, Vicky Mello, David Sonnichsen, Charlotte Behm, members; Greg Hyde, Willamalane Park <br />and Recreation District; Philip Richardson, City of Eugene Parks and Open Space; Beth Stein, <br />Nearby Nature; Greg Rikhoff, University of Oregon Community Relations Director; Gene Holloter, <br />former CPC member. <br />ABSENT: Cora Jones, Sally Nunn, Barbara May, Jeff Ard (excused), William Hughes, Mary Morrison, <br />members. <br />Mr. Cooper convened the meeting of the Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural Area of Alton <br />Baker Park (CPC). <br />1. Review and Adjust Agenda <br />There were no changes to the agenda. <br />2. Introductions <br />Everyone present introduced themselves. <br />3. Public Comment <br />There was no one present who wished to provide comment at this time. <br />4. Approval of Minutes from July 15, 2010 <br />Ms. Mello, seconded by Ms. Brand, moved to approve the minutes from the July 15 meeting of the Citizen <br />Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural Area. The motion passed unanimously, 8:0. (Ms. Behm had not yet <br />arrived.) <br />5. Announcements and Points of Information <br />There were no announcements at this time. <br />6.
