2005 Art & the Vineyard / Freedom Festival <br />Trafic Control Notes <br />Friday, Saturday, Sunday July 1 -3, 2005 <br />1. Patron traffic will be directed from Club Road down Day Island to Lot F by paid <br />traffic management staff (CMS / Starplex). The lots will also be staffed with paid <br />personnel. <br />2. Lots A, B, & C will be first come, first serve parking for artists, vendors, staff and <br />volunteers. <br />3. After lots A,B & C fill up, staff, vendor and entertainer parking will be directed to <br />Lot D" and "Lot E" by paid traffic management staff. <br />4. Parking in lots with trees will be away from drip lines. These spaces will be <br />marked by cones, barricades and caution tape and managed by paid parking staff. <br />5. Handicap parking will by in the first row of Lot A and will be managed by <br />volunteers. <br />Sunday, July 4 <br />1. There will be no patron parking at Alton Baker due to the fireworks with the <br />exception of handicap parking which will be in Lot A <br />2. Lot B will be reserved for legal fireworks <br />3. Lot C will stay empty as a through way for LTD Shuttles <br />4. Patrons will park at Autzen Stadium and can ride the bus for free to the park with <br />paid admission. <br />5. Vendors, staff, artists and entertainers will be parking in Lots D & E with proper <br />credentials. <br />6. Parking in lots with trees will be away from drip lines. These spaces will be <br />marked by cones, barricades and caution tape and managed by paid parking staff. <br />7. Alton Baker entrance will be closed to all inbound traffic from 7 -11 pm to <br />eliminate congestion problems with the LTD buses. Exceptions include senior <br />staff, emergency vehicles and handicap parking. <br />8. EPD and CMS / Starplex will be managing the roadways between Alton Baker <br />and Autzen stadium at critical intersections and outlets. <br />
