EXHIBIT A <br />LOCATION OF THE SCIENCE FACTORY <br />WITHIN ALTON BAKER PARK <br />The ground lease area and the building which houses The Science Factory are located in Alton Baker <br />Park which is described as a 140 acre parcel by a 1991 Quitclaim Deed as found on Reel 1678, Page <br />9106658 of the Lane County records. The legal description for the park is reproduced following this <br />sheet as part of this EXHIBIT A. <br />The ground lease area is more specifically located on portions of two tax lots within the park, <br />1703294001500 and 1703294000305 as indicated on the map which is EXHIBIT 1. The building <br />housing The Science Factory is entirely contained within the bounds of tax lot 0 15 00. <br />The ground lease area to be utilized by The Science Factory consists of approximately 4.35 acres as <br />shown on the map labeled EXHIBIT 1. <br />EXHIBIT A Page 1 <br />
