The location being considered being that land northerly of the parking lot <br /> FAX (541) 682 -0882 <br /> and southerly of the new synthetic turf ball field. A map is attached. <br /> WWW.EUGENE - OR.GOV /PARKS <br /> Eugene Family YMCA solicited a proposal for the above described work from PIVOT. Eric <br /> Gunderson's project and fee proposal is attached. <br /> Both the City of Eugene and Eugene Family YMCA are in agreement: <br /> PARKS AND OPEN SPACE PLANNING <br /> • with the terms of the attached PIVOT proposal; <br /> PARK OPERATIONS • Eugene Family YMCA will manage the contract with PIVOT; <br /> • Contract with PIVOT shall not exceed $10,000 without amending this agreement; <br /> • City of Eugene shall reimburse Eugene Family YMCA for 50% of PIVOT contract cost <br /> URBAN FORESTRY upon being presented with the completed work; <br /> • Eugene Family YMCA shall provide City of Eugene a copy of contract itemized billings <br /> NATURAL RESOURCES from PIVOT. <br /> Contact person for the City of Eugene shall be Johnny Medlin (541) 682 -4930 and for Eugene <br /> Family YMCA shall be Dave Perez. <br /> I've included two copies of this letter.
