As you indicated, we no longer have a lease agreement with you following the <br /> November 30, 1998, termination notice previously served. By now, all personal property should <br /> have been removed from the premises. Please contact this office to confirm this effort has been <br /> completed. If we do not hear from you within the next ten days, we will assume you have taken <br /> care of this matter. <br /> It has been communicated that there may be a need or an interest in having softball and/or soccer <br /> games at this site this summer. We have been considering ways to accommodate some activities <br /> for the summer season and there is a possibility we could work out a per use rental agreement. <br /> We would need to know whether there is a showing of interest, within the next thirty days, so that <br /> we can develop a rental rate and make plans for this scenario. <br /> The condition of the fields is not very good and they will require substantial work in order to <br /> make them suitable for use. We will not undertake this work and investment, unless there is <br /> significant use planned.
