Soils at this site can be expected to have good drainage characteristic, except for a band of hydric <br /> soil that impacts the southern end. That band would need to be checked for harboring wetland <br /> characteristics. <br /> Access to the site is very good, with no minor residential streets being impacted. Considered for <br /> hosting tournaments, restaurants and motels are within 3 - 5 minutes. <br /> The attributes of this site are its ease of access from major arterials, proximity to tournament <br /> support facilities, and size, which could accommodate more sports and organizations as <br /> envisioned at the Northwest Expressway site. <br />
