The addendum specifies that <br /> the School District shall have the responsibility for utility services during <br /> summer months. <br /> Please sign and return one copy to me. You may retain the original for your <br /> files. <br /> Also enclosed is the insurance policy that you were good enough to furnish <br /> the District for review. Our insurance agent has reviewed the policy and requests <br /> that Eugene 4J School District be added as an additional named insured -- <br /> please see the April 29, 1986, letter enclosed. We would appreciate your taking care <br /> of that at the earliest possible time. <br /> Mr. Greatwood, in the same letter, reviews the fire insurance requirement <br /> and suggests that we find out how much value we are going to have for construction <br /> this year. Could you provide me an estimate? We will then add these values to our <br /> master fire policy. <br /> With the time delay, the license agreement including the suggested limits of <br /> liability insurance was executed prior to our receiving Mr. Greatwood's review. <br /> He does request that your organization investigate increasing the limits from <br /> $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 or even $3,000,000 since the School District is to be <br /> added as an additional named insured.
