In the event that Owner changes its school year of <br /> attendance so as to conflict with the summer months license of <br /> Licensee, the parties herein agree that Owner shall be entitled to <br /> use the stadium facility in such a manner as will not substantially <br /> impair Licensees' summer month use. <br /> • <br /> 14. If Licensee shall neglect or fail to do so or perform <br /> any of the agreements herein contained and if such default shall <br /> continue for twenty (20) days after written notice thereof has <br /> been given to Licensee by Owner, Owner may immediately or any time <br /> thereafter and while such default continues and without further <br /> notice or demand enter into on the premises or any part thereof, <br /> enter said premises and cure any such default. The Licensee shall <br /> be charged the expense of curing such default. Non - payment within <br /> thirty (30) days of written notice of default shall entitle the <br /> District, at its option, to cancel the lease without further notice. <br /> 15.
