(hereafter, "Lessee "), The effective <br /> date of the Agreement is October 1, 1997. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Lessee's board members and supporters have started a project to build Bambino <br /> Baseball Fields for use of Lessee. Lessee wishes to build these Bambino Baseball Fields on <br /> property owned by Owner. <br /> 2. Lessee, in consideration of the efforts to plan, fund and build the Bambino <br /> Baseball Fields, desires a 50 - year lease to use the facility. <br /> IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL AGREEMENTS contained herein, the parties <br /> agree as follows: <br /> 1. Lessee shall have the exclusive use of the those premises shown in the cross- <br /> hatched area on Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> 2. This lease shall be for a term of years begimizrg October 1, 1997, and continuing <br /> until midnight, September 2047. <br /> 3, Licensee shall have the option to renew this lease for a period of 25 years.
