We are now looking at an option that will take the storm drainage down Hillview 1 and dumping
into a natural drainage way at Coburg Rd that flows to the west.
From: FERGUSON Joe M
To: ETTER John F; HAMMITT Bob; NORDGAARD Charles V; MCLAUGHLIN Jim T; CAHILL Michelle R;
GALLUP Steve S; REINHARD Dave N; McNEEL Gary A; LUDEKE Gary L
Cc: HANEY Ed R
Subject: EWEB /4J /softball site
Date: Thursday, February 12, 1998 4:04PM
Got two drawings dropped off by Don Hanly showing the agreed -upon (by EWEB & 4J) location of the
substation and road. The road follows the north line of 4J property all the way out to Coburg Rd, so
intesection is at about 20 degrees off a right angle. The substation is very near Coburg Road, so access to
the ballfields would go east past the substation then curve back around, probably tripling the length of road
they must build. Steve /michelle, this probably makes it easier to locate the storm pipe, if the entire system
is piped, but putting the road in with the existing power lines probably precludes any open channel.
As I'm leaving this evening for a week's vacation, I'll ask Ed to route copies of these drawings to PWT (2),
John Etter, and Steve Gallup.
Page 1
