Hunt, Kristy Lynn . 9 -3 -80 W/F <br /> Source of Activity: <br /> On 9 -11 -12 at 0017 hours, Ofc Evans, Ofc Hubbard and I did a patrol check at Washington /Jefferson St <br /> Park. <br /> Ofc Obs /Investigation: <br /> We approached on foot and saw several subjects loitering around the basketball courts. When they saw <br /> us coming, the subjects gathered up their belongings and walked away to the west before splitting up. <br /> Ofc Hubbard was able to stop two of the subjects, identified as Charles Kyvelos and Christopher Weaver. <br /> I contacted Kristy Hunt and gave her a warning for violation of park rules. Ofc Hubbard arrested Weaver <br /> for a confirmed warrant. See his report for details. <br /> • <br /> I spoke to Kyvelos who I recognized from previous contacts. On two previous occasions, I had contacted <br /> Kyvelos and given him warnings for being inside Washington /Jefferson St.Park after the park had closed. <br /> Kyvelos told me he was aware of the park hours, but stated he was just passing through. He said he was <br /> trying to find Hunt a blanket. <br /> • <br /> Due to Kyvelos' previous drug history and current probation, I asked him for consent to search the two <br /> backpacks he was carrying.
