When Kevin asked again whether council; would tum on the water at Chamel- Mulligan park, Ruth mentioned <br /> that the Officers would be receiving a report on impact on all 16 parks from PW in Nov. There seemed to be a <br /> consensus fr Council to direct that this Eugene Decisions decision be revisited by the Budget Comm in the next <br /> Spring's budget process. <br /> 2. I am adding a note to my process re: the council's Contingency Fund Request Application procedure. Each <br /> time that staff analyse the request, they will be asked to include 1) the existing status /balance of the <br /> ccontingency fund and 2) "other exisiting /current/expected drawdowns ".
