It also states that the leasehold rights will be terminated at the time a property is sold <br /> and that a different form of use agreement might be considered by Parks if it is in the best interest of <br /> the public to do so. <br /> In your conversation with Johnny Medlin on March 8, 2004 and with me later that week, you indicated <br /> that you understand the terms of the lease agreement. The internet advertisement for the property <br /> however, does not yet show that the backyard of the property is not part of the sale and is in fact <br /> owned by the City of Eugene.
