These complaints <br /> have now received the attention of both the local neighborhood <br /> association and the Eugene City Council. The truck in question is <br /> shown in the attached pictures. The contact name and address of your <br /> company was obtained by Eugene Police running the license plate. <br /> This letter is a request to your company to assist us in resolving this <br /> situation by asking the driver to no longer park this truck in front of city <br /> Parks and Open parks in the City of Eugene. It is our sincere hope that this will be the <br /> Space Planning only action necessary to resolve this problem. We have not yet taken <br /> the position of citing the truck for parking in this location even though <br /> Parks Maintenance Eugene Code allows a citation to be issued.
