No work on crossarms or above. <br /> Kincaid <br /> 1963- Original construction, incandescent lighting <br /> 1982- Retrofit to metal - halide lighting, all pole transformers removed <br /> new service center and switching installed. <br /> Shasta <br /> 1973 - Orignal construction, metal- halide lighting <br /> Sheldon <br /> 1968 - Orignal construction, incandescent lighting <br /> 1982- Retrofit to metal - halide lighting, existing pole transformers and <br /> central switching /transformer tower no longer necessary with the meta <br /> halide lighting. (I recommend transformers, overhead wiring, and <br /> central switching /transformer tower be replaced for safety and reduce <br /> energy use) <br /> 1987 Transformers tested for PCB's. Results were that the minor amount of <br /> PCB's present represented no PCB's according to standards in affect <br /> at that time (see test results). <br />
