Includes some for street assessments. $1,400,000* <br /> Irwin Park -- Develop 7 acres, including one softball field with overlapping <br /> soccer field. Does not include improving streets (unlikely anytime soon). $700,000* <br /> Irwin Access -- Acquire house abutting lot that will provide access for un served <br /> neighborhood to the west. Then construct path and corridor landscaping. $160,000 <br /> Petersen Park -- Acquire next house south of community center to increase <br /> exposure from Royal Avenue $250,000 <br /> Add park path lighting $45,000 <br /> Mangan Park -- Develop 5 acres of neighborhood park, including field that <br /> would accommodate youth softball or soccer. $500,000* <br /> Acquire 5 acre neighborhood park SW of Royal and Terry Streets $350,000 <br /> Develop Gilbert Park -- half acre $50,000 <br /> Echo Hollow Pool -- Cover outdoor portion of pool for better year round use. $500,000 <br /> Lark Park -- finish development $40,000 <br /> Bethel Park -- develop 9 acres with parking, playground, sportsfield, picnicking <br /> jogging path, play field, etc. $1,400,000* <br /> Bethel subtotal $5,395,000 <br />
