I've asked <br /> Steve G to put together a scope of work for LCOG to do the refinement and prioritization of the list of <br /> acquisition needs and the financial analysis. The latter work item will rely very heavily on city staff with <br /> knowledge of the financial issues. When I have that SOW, I'll get it distributed to the POSIT group for <br /> review and comment. There isn't absolute certainty about (well, about anything, I guess) but specifically <br /> about the lead staffing for the next phase(s) on this project. Hoping to get some closure on that in Sept. <br /> We'll need to be back with Council in Dec before their break w/ results of this analysis.
