The following <br /> list represents our best estimates based on studies that have been completed such as the Police Services Master <br /> Plan and the Aquatics Study as well as projected needs forecast for LRCS services improvements to meet <br /> changing program demands. In addition, deferred maintenance backlogs are addressed that are documented in <br /> the 1995 Facilities Condition Report. The status of those deficiencies will be updated in three months. <br /> A. Address the Deferred Maintenance Backlog $22,000,000 <br /> Note: Of the components of the backlog, City Hall, Hult Center, three aquatic facilities <br /> plus Sheldon Center, and the Public Works Building comprise $15.5M of the $22M backlog <br /> B. New Police Facility $30,000,000 <br /> C. Redesign Council Chamber $ 1,000,000 <br /> D. New Outdoor Program Facility $ 700,000 <br /> E. New Library TBD <br /> F. Amazon Pool Improvements $ 5,000,000 <br /> G. Echo Hollow and Sheldon Pool Improvements $2,500,000 <br /> H. New Regional Aquatic Facility $ 8,000,000 <br /> I.
