The following <br /> list represents our best estimates based on studies that have been completed such as the Police Services Master <br /> Plan and the Aquatics Study as well as projected needs forecast for LRCS services improvements to meet <br /> changing program demands. In addition, deferred maintenance backlogs are addressed that are documented in <br /> the 1995 Facilities Condition Report. The status of those deficiencies will be updated in three months. <br /> A.
