Letter of Agreement Amendments: Terra Buono Properties III and the City of Eugene Page 2 <br /> This is to assure access and street frontage for the existing park. At the time that phase of the <br /> Crescent Meadows Subdivision is platted, the City agrees to dedicate the street right -of -way <br /> which is adjacent to the City park property and on the west side of said proposed street <br /> centerline.
