The City will review and approve the <br /> plan to ensure that it conforms to City standards for safety, maintenance <br /> capability, neighborhood impacts, and aesthetics. <br /> (3) No Systems Development Charge credits will be granted for improvements that <br /> exceed the current park development standards and quality. <br /> (4) If development of the park is to occur after homes have been sold that are <br /> adjacent or across the street from the park, the standard park development plan <br /> process shall be used to provide for public comment and input on the plan. <br /> (5) The Developer may propose and undertake park development beyond levels <br /> currently allowed (described in Recital 6) only if a means for long term <br /> maintenance is established and approved by the City. <br /> If you are in agreement with provisions A through E above, your signature below and returning <br /> three original copies of this Agreement will allow Planning and Development Department to <br /> approve the subdivision, and the Public Works Department to move ahead with planning for <br /> acquiring the park.
