Our parcel (TL3500) is adjacent to the above referenced City of Eugene owned <br /> parcel (Exhibit A). When the City of Eugene purchased TL 3508 in 1983 from Hugh B. <br /> Wood and Helen B. Wood, the City of Eugene agreed in writing, for the benefit of <br /> TL3500, to pay its proportionate share of the cost of improvements to the adjoining road <br /> whenever the owner of either parcel requested (Exhibit B). <br /> We plan to improve this road beginning in February, 2004, and would like to meet with <br /> the appropriate person in the city to coordinate the payment details for the city's <br /> proportionate share of such costs. <br /> Would you please telephone me the name and telephone number for the appropriate <br /> person we should contact regarding this matter. <br /> Thank you for your assistance. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> icier <br /> Roy Carver, III <br />
