I'm playing <br /> phone tag with David Biederman and Richie Weinman (Lew Bower's <br /> AIC) to get their perspectives on this issue. My question is <br /> basically this: Would this establish an unacceptable <br /> precedent? If so, what minimum interest or down payment would <br /> be acceptable? As soon as I can get answers to this I can <br /> prepare the Council Agenda Summary and briefing statement.. <br /> As requested, once I get the above information I was going to <br /> contact Louise Shimmel and Barbara Keller and brief them on <br /> where we are on this issue. <br /> I spoke to Pam regarding getting this on the Council consent <br /> calendar.
