0 44444 4/ 1
2 October 2001
Dear Andre Riner:
Enclosed is a copy of a recent letter to Jim Johnson in reply to the copy of
your email of 29 August sent to me 21 Sept 2001.
Since you are the signatory to that misleading document I request that I
receive a copy of a complete correction of record from you to Jim Johnson
regarding the many misstatements of fact in that correspondence,
including
• the history of the building of the Dillard to Spring Blvd section of the
Ridgeline Trail,
• the Spring Blvd trailhead,
• Ridgeline Trail signage,
• time lines and details of the destruction of same
and
• the false depiction of my timeliness, or lack there of, in replying to
communications about this matter.
I hope you can understand my responsibility to see that a prompt
correction of the situation at the Spring Blvd Trail head so it again meets
the standards of its construction in 1995 and a similar correcton of the
record with the City Manager.
I earnestly hope that the realization of those seems entirely of interest and
priority to the Parks Dept.
Sincerely,
Samer
3
cc: Jim Johnson
