This format of appraisal report also meets state and local appraisal <br /> requirements. The appraisal will be completed by either John BroWn or Richard Duncan - they ( <br /> both hold MAI appraiser designations. <br /> The preliminary title report is being ordered from First American Title Company and the escrow <br /> agent will be Kelly Norton at First American's Portland office at 200 SW Market Street, Portland, <br /> OR. The terns of the offer are the property will be free and dear of all liens and <br /> encumbrances except for standard easements of record that are approved by the City. <br /> We have also provided aerials and maps to the City's Risk Manager and requested he proceed <br /> with the standard haz -mat site investigation work. As this is a heavily wooded and unimproved <br /> site with only residential surrounding development, he did not expect anything, but is going to <br /> check DEQ files and his other references for the area <br /> Please let me know if there is a contact person with the State Park's Department that 1 should <br /> forward the appraisal and preliminary title report to once we have received them. <br /> Thank you Russ <br />
