7. Land Use. The parties would cooperate in complying with all applicable land use <br /> requirements in connection with any lot line adjustment deeds used to accomplish the proposed transfer <br /> including reserving minimum lot size requirements for all land retained by Arlie from which property is <br /> conveyed. <br /> 8. Naming.
