We may have moved them off the central fountain but they have relocated at <br /> the Park Blocks. I've observed them the last few days and they are extremely rowdy, rude, obnoxious and <br /> destructive. They're even worse at night. Personally, I would rather have them at the central fountain....they do <br /> less physical damage there. We cannot allow a small minority to totally trash this area for everyone else. I know <br /> you have been working with DPS, DEI and Looking Glass on this problem and hopefully you will find a <br /> permanent solution to this problem soon. A large <br /> crowd of rowdy kids are hanging out and the vandelism and park <br /> destruction has increased. This morning..Wed. June 1.. The mess <br /> included: Human Waste, Vomit, More rocks off walls, Numerous broken <br /> bottles, Broken branches, food rubbed on benches and walls, blood, <br /> Fountain soaped again, and general trash and filth all over the <br /> West Park Block. Clean -ups and repairs on mornings require more <br /> time and effort than we have. If this kind thing continues, the <br /> Park Blocks are certainly going to get in poor condition.
