JENNINGS Carrie A
From: JENNINGS Carrie A
To: SMITH Terry M
Cc: JOHNSON Jim R; MEDLIN Johnny R; PATRICK Tim W; POST Doug A
Subject: BH: Petersen Park Lighting Project
Date: Tuesday, June 27, 1995 12:27PM
FROM: Bob Hammitt
Terry, I just wanted to follow up on the series of E -mails from last week regarding the Petersen Park
project. I understand Jim Johnson is out of town until July 5th. I am not sure if Jim assigned temporary
lead on this to Doug or someone else. I just wanted to flag the project for you to be sure it isn't falling
through the cracks. Apparently, Councilor Farr and Mike Gleason have an expectation that we can make
this happen. I understand one, or both of them, has had a conversation with Kent Hunsaker from Bethel
District 52.
It is my understanding that the City's share of the project would be somewhere between $7,000 -
$10,000. We can certainly find that much money in the CIP, even though this is only listed as a medium
priority project in the Parks and Recreation Plan.
Again, this is just a flag. As far as I know we are not supposed to be doing anything at this time. If you
know something different, please let me know.
Page 1
