Other neighbors <br /> noticed the changes too and had a couple of questions: <br /> 1) Did you leave the roots of the shrubs or did you pull those out? <br /> The concern was that in a climate like Oregon, when you cut down shrubs <br /> they will grow back to twice the thickness. <br /> 2) Do you plan to plant grass or a low maintenance ground cover where <br /> the shrubs were? <br /> 3) One of our neighbors talked to one of your crew members and he told <br /> us that they found 12 syringes, 2 bongs, and other sex paraphernalia in <br /> the bushes. Is that true? <br /> 4) Can we get the benches and the shrubs removed from the southwest and <br /> southeast corners of the park? Drug dealers use the benches down at on <br /> our end of the park. <br /> Thank you for removing the shrubs. It's going to make a huge <br /> improvement in the public safety of the park. <br /> Will you be attending the Feb. 1 meeting with the neighbors?
