She indicated that Della <br /> and Rosie should check to see if Lee and Rosie had made any moves to get on an <br /> agenda. Pam suggested that Della was coordinating some PW items for the dinner <br /> work session on 1/25, and that there would be an opportunity to add something <br /> then. Between Della and Rosie, can we get 10 minutes on the dinner agenda? <br /> We will try to have at least a progress report for their packets that go out <br /> prior to that session, if not an actual proposal with a recommendation for <br /> action. If they have read the material the 10 minutes should mostly be <br /> question and answer time. If it starts getting complicated, it will be obvious <br /> that a second and probably longer session is needed. <br /> FYI Lee: Johnny and I had a session with the realtor today and discussed <br /> a number of options. It has lead to scheduling a meeting with the land sellers <br /> (Babb and VanDuyn) on 1/12. 3:00 p.m., or if weather prohibits Babb from <br /> getting here then, the backup time is 1/15, 9:00 a.m. I hope you can make it. <br /> If all goes well we should be able to craft a proposal for the Council to <br /> consider and get it in their packet by 1/19. If we don't have a specific pro- <br /> posal, we'll still give them a progress report; if would be valuable to have <br /> Council feedback /approval for the direction we've gone. <br />
