item 2, page 2 - again, any additional conditions would be from Council,
not staff.
item 2, page 3 - Shawn said he thinks Council will want to know what the
alternatives are, and to see a financial workup.
7. 5/14 letter from Sagen:
last para - Shawn wasn't clear about what it means for "work on tax lot
103 shall not exceed the difference..."
This letter also suggests that the county would drop the restraint on park
land use of this area. Shawn would prefer that they not drop the restric-
tion, but that they add a possible use of a golf course.
That's it Shawn said he is not opposed to this use in this area. His
primary concern (in addition to the above) is that housing will somehow
spring up in this area in the future. He is curious about whether we can
make sure that doesn't happen through deed restrictions or some other means.
Lee - I realize some of these issues are out of our hands. Please address
what you can in the agenda packet material. For the issues that are out of
our hands, just make that comment. Please call if you have questions.
Thanks, Linda
