What other jurisdiction resources do you receive as part of your base budget (county, etc.)? <br />Parks & Open Spaces is primarily supported from the general fund for operations activities, <br />along with support from the Stormwater Fund, Wastewater Fund, and Road Fund where these <br />programs overlap. <br />The city also receives funds from BL.M for wetland restoration projects that funds both <br />maintenance /operation and capital activities, in the form of a grant. <br />5. a.
