People are needed to represent a variety of interests, including the Fairmount <br /> and Laurel Hill neighborhoods, immediate neighbors of the park, the Eugene Chapter of the <br /> American Rhododendron Society, and urban forestry issues. Representatives from the City's <br /> general voter pool will also be included on the committee. <br /> Applications can be picked up and returned at several locations in Eugene: the Public <br /> Works Building at 858 Pearl Street; Eugene City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Room 105; and the <br /> Public Works Maintenance office at 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard. <br /> Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. Monday, February ? ?, 1998.
