Group membership: Do we request that the neighborhood groups nominate their choice for the "Resident of Fairmount or Laurel Hill Neighborhoods" group? Or do we include all those residents on our interested parties list and open it to everyone in those neighborhoods. If we limit it to nominations by the neighborhood groups, we exclude many of the individuals in those neighborhoods from even applying. If we don't limit it we may have a member on the committee that the neighborhood groups don't support. There may already be a neighborhood pool, similar to the voter pool. �— Membership mix?
