Nurseries also promote the garden through brochure <br /> distribution and cooperation in providing technical and promotional material about plants, <br /> including professional photographs.. Members of the Eugene chapter of the American <br /> Rhododendron Society also provide historical information and assist as docents on tours. <br /> Since the founding of the Rhododendron Garden in cooperation between the Eugene chapter <br /> of the A.R.S. and the City of Eugene, members of the A.R.S. have provided plants and <br /> funding for special memorials. <br /> 13. Attach any letters of support or commitment for this IN KIND assistance (for <br /> example, a letter of commitment from a local business to provide free or reduced cost <br /> printing or from and organization to provide security or first aid services at an event). <br /> 14.
