In the maintenance committee, we discussed that the synthetic fields would be locked after <br /> hours on school days - locked by the night custodian and unlocked by the day custodian. On <br /> the weekends, the fields would be unlocked. Review this proposed procedure. <br /> 15. Signage. <br /> 16. The maintenance committee discussed graffiti and art walls. We left it that the skate parks will <br /> be graffiti free but would forward the issue to the YSP /fields user committee for their <br /> consideration. <br />
